  1. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone.

Your phone is not connected to the mower.

  1. Open the settings on your phone.
  2. Refresh the connected devices list on your phone and ensure that your phone is connected to the hub/mower.
  3. If your phone is not connected to the hub/mower, pair your phone with the hub/mower.
