Wireless Communication Checklist
The mower communicates directly with your phone during training and setup. However, during autonomous operation, the mower does not need a wireless connection to your phone. If you are changing mower settings from your phone, such as the mowing schedule, it will use the hub to communicate with the mower.
Phone
For setup:

Ensure that Bluetooth is turned On and is connected.

Check your Internet connectivity.
Note:If your phone isn’t connected to your home network, it may be outside the range of your router. Use cellular data in these situations.
Hub
Internet connection light:

Solid green means the Internet connection is good.

Steady orange means it is unable to get an IP address from the network’s server.

Blinking green means it is unable to reach the Internet.
Data transfer light:

Occasional flashing means data is being transferred from the hub to the mower.

No flashing means there is no connection to the mower.
Mower
Hub connection light:

Green means the mower is connected to hub.

Red means there is no connection to the hub.

Ensure that the hub is set up and operating correctly.

Check for mower faults and physically inspect the mower.
