Troubleshooting an Unresponsive Mower

If there is an issue with your mower (ex. the mower is stuck, the indicator lights are red, or it continues to mow after being instructed to return to the charging station) and the mower is not responding to your instructions from the app refer to the troubleshooting steps in your Operator’s Manual.

If you have tried all of the relevant troubleshooting steps, follow this procedure to fully power cycle the mower.

  1. Press the Stop button on the mower and wait for all moving parts to stop.
  2. Flip the power switch on the mower to the Off position.
  3. Fully close out of the MyToro app.
  4. Wait for at least 30 seconds.
  5. Flip the power switch on the mower to the On position.
  6. Open the MyToro app and verify that the mower is connected to the internet and your phone.
  7. On the mower keypad, enter your 4-digit code and press the Play button.
